Senior Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure AI Consultant / Solution Architect

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure AI Consultant / Solution Architect to join a short-term, high-impact secondment engagement.
The ideal candidate will combine strong solution consulting and architecture capabilities with hands-on development expertise across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure Functions, API integrations, and SharePoint.
This role is ideal for a senior professional who can understand business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and contribute directly to development and troubleshooting activities from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
- Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and integrate Azure Functions and APIs as part of enterprise solutions.
- Work with SharePoint and Microsoft ecosystem integrations.
- Contribute hands-on to development, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Support solution architecture and technical design decisions.
- Work with CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and wider project teams.
- Work independently while effectively contributing within a broader team environment.
- Provide technical consulting and recommendations throughout the engagement.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5–7+ years of relevant IT / consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong expertise in Azure AI / Microsoft Azure AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions.
- Strong experience with API integration, preferably REST APIs.
- Experience working with SharePoint.
- Good understanding of CI/CD and deployment practices.
- Ability to combine solution consulting, architecture, and hands-on development.
- Strong solution design and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Candidate Profile
We are specifically looking for a senior consultant who can contribute from day one.
The successful candidate should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, understanding business problems, proposing technical solutions, and then getting hands-on with implementation.
Very strong communication and consulting skills are essential for this role.
