Position: On‑Role – Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer (L4) / Subject Matter Expert
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer (L4) / Subject Matter Expert with 10+ years of IT infrastructure and cloud platform experience to lead the design, administration, and optimization of enterprise‑scale Microsoft 365 environments.
The ideal candidate will act as a technical authority across collaboration, endpoint management, identity, security, and compliance services—driving modernization initiatives, resolving complex escalations, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as L4 escalation for Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and security issues.
Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Lead Intune administration for endpoint provisioning, lifecycle, compliance, and security.
Architect and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and Active Directory.
Implement Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust, and identity governance.
Drive endpoint modernization and enterprise SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Administer Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions (Defender, Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, Sensitivity Labels).
Perform advanced troubleshooting and automation with PowerShell.
Lead migration, consolidation, and modernization projects.
Establish governance frameworks and best practices.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to L2/L3 engineers.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in Microsoft infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT operations.
Expert‑level Exchange Online administration.
Advanced Intune and endpoint management expertise.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and Active Directory.
Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance solutions.
Strong experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust.
Hands‑on enterprise SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise and hybrid environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading cloud transformation and workplace modernization.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust and Microsoft security frameworks.
Expertise in Windows Autopilot and endpoint lifecycle automation.
Background in governance, compliance, and information protection.
Microsoft certifications (MS‑102, SC‑300, SC‑400, MD‑102, or equivalent).
Experience in global enterprise environments with complex identity and compliance requirements.
