We are looking for a
Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments. The role requires deep knowledge of
identity, collaboration, security, and hybrid cloud architecture, along with strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as SME for Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Design and implement M365 architecture, governance, and security frameworks
- Manage hybrid identity (Entra ID + Active Directory) and federation (Okta)
- Lead deployments, migrations, and adoption of new M365 features (e.g., Copilot)
- Configure collaboration, cross-tenant access, and security using Microsoft Purview
- Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot complex identity/authentication issues
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams
- Maintain documentation and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering
- Strong expertise in Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
- Experience with hybrid identity and large-scale migrations
- Proficiency in PowerShell automation
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MS-500) preferred
