Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Establish and implement TPRM governance and oversight processes
- Support the strategic roadmap for TPRM governance, including the design and implementation of the target operating model, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems and governance mechanisms.
- Embed local regulatory requirements in to the TPRM framework in Country.
- Establish and implement methods for assessing standards of contract performance
Business
- Coordinate and supervise the control assessment activity of Contract Owners in the business.
- Facilitate approval by or notification to relevant governance bodies of new proposed and materially changed outsourcing arrangements.
- Provide oversight of third-party risks, validating and/or escalating, as appropriate, third party risks in alignment with the TPRM framework and the Board-approved risk appetite.
- Ensure the respective contract owners monitor, review and mitigate risks associated with third parties in accordance with the TPRM policy & standards
Processes
- Ensure that all third party relationships are captured in a centralised inventory in a timely manner
- Ensure and assess compliance to TPRM related policies & standards
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting outsourcing risk and ensure TPRM framework and related policies are aligned to regulatory requirements
- Prepare country TPRM pack for country committee with help of country TPRM team
- Review and escalate overdue control assessment, contracts & etc to Business & Function UORM & BORM
People and Talent
- Managing and monitoring BAU deliverables
- Train new hire and support / guide team on daily BAU deliverables
Risk Management
- Escalate any issues to Cluster Head & Hub Lead as necessary.
- Contribute to the assessment of overall outsourcing risk and compliance by monitoring key risk indicators and failure trends, and exceptions identified in the due diligence process.
- Support the preparation of documentation for the Third Party Risk Management and Outsourcing related updates to the TPRM Committee and other Risk Committees/ Forums as appropriate.
- Support internal/external audit and associated regulatory audit as directed.
- Contribute to identification of issues and root cause including oversight/facilitations of third-party risk mitigation actions.
Governance
- Supports the TPRM Cluster Head in providing TPRM oversight in Country
- Maintaining an accurate Outsourcing Register and Global Outsourcing Inventory
- Monitor and track cases of non-compliance with TPRM processes by stakeholders
- Review existing outsourcing arrangements’ Annual Due Diligence.
- Review new and incremental outsourcing proposals’ including risk assessment and risk mitigation activities if any
- Perform monitoring, control, and supervision of outsourcing and non-outsourcing activities.

Key stakeholders
- Work closely with Country TPRM Governance team to ensure consistency in approach and alignment of regional processes.
- Partner with stakeholders (including but not limited to Outsourcing Owners, Contract Managers, Information Security Officers, Supply Chain Management Category Managers, Business Continuity Managers, Risk group etc) to effectively coordinate and execute third party risk management controls.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or other relevant field
Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management role in 1st or 2nd line preferably within supply chain management / procurement. Must have experience in Risk management, with demonstrated expertise on risk assessment, impact analysis and risk reporting.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale portfolio pertaining to third party arrangements, including implementing/operationalisation of new operating models.
- Strong experience in supporting cross-functional stakeholders and working with senior cross border leads and managers.
