Role Mandate:
Own the end-to-end commercial and operational execution of global orders, ensuring precision, timeliness, and margin integrity across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate order execution through disciplined Time & Action (T&A) governance
- Act as the primary interface for international clients, managing approvals with clarity and responsiveness
- Steer sampling across all stages, ensuring alignment with design intent and quality expectations
- Lead costing strategy, negotiations, and BOM finalization with a strong margin focus
- Drive vendor alignment and material readiness across timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally to uphold quality benchmarks and delivery commitments
- Ensure export readiness, documentation accuracy, and seamless shipment execution
Profile:-Proven experience in export merchandising within leather/accessories or premium product categories
- Strong commercial acumen with refined negotiation capability
- Ability to operate with ownership in a dynamic, high-expectation environment
- Clear, confident communication with global stakeholders
