Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandising Manager, located in Bahadurgarh. The role involves overseeing the entire merchandising process, managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various teams to ensure on time product development and delivery. Additional responsibilities include managaing team of merchandisers, optimizing product development, and driving the sales strategy to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Sales and developing strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Team Management
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant experience in textiles or a related industry is an advantage
