We are looking for an experienced Head – Merchandising (Diamond) to lead diamond jewellery merchandising, product planning, inventory strategy, and sourcing operations aligned with market trends and business goals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage diamond jewellery collections and product mix
- Coordinate with design and production teams for product development
- Monitor inventory flow, stock allocation, and replenishment
- Manage pricing strategies, margins, and product profitability
- Handle vendor relationships and diamond sourcing coordination
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Support retail, wholesale, exhibitions, and key account requirements
- Prepare merchandising reports, MIS, and business insights
🎯 Requirements
- Strong knowledge of diamonds and jewellery merchandising
- Understanding of the 4Cs: Cut, Clarity, Colour, and Carat
- Strong analytical, commercial, and vendor management skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- 8–15 years of experience in diamond merchandising
- Bachelor’s degree required
