Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Merchandiser role located in Coimbatore. The Senior Merchandiser will manage end-to-end responsibilities, including coordinating with production teams, ensuring quality standards, managing timelines, and fostering client relationships. The role involves overseeing the merchandising process, tracking order flows, analyzing market trends, and enhancing product sales performance. Collaboration with key stakeholders such as customers, design teams, and suppliers will be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Retail, with the ability to identify opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of Marketing practices and strategies to drive brand awareness and market growth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in the textile or apparel industry is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Textiles, Business, or a related field is preferred.
