Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser located in Coimbatore. The Senior Merchandiser will lead and manage client accounts, oversee production schedules, collaborate with customers to meet their needs and expectations, and ensure timely delivery of quality goods. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as production, design, and sales to execute and monitor client orders effectively. Additionally, the Senior Merchandiser will analyze market trends, develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to achieving business targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional support
• Experience in Sales and Marketing with the ability to develop strategies for client retention and business growth
• Knowledge and expertise in Retail operations, including product-focused processes and buyer requirements
• Proven organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and across departments
• Familiarity with the fashion industry and production processes is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing orders and tracking progress
