Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in India for a Senior Merchandiser. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee end-to-end merchandising operations, coordinate with clients, ensure timely delivery of products, and maintain high-quality standards. The role includes managing customer interactions, driving sales initiatives, fostering relationships with brands, collaborating with marketing teams, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Sales and Retail, with proven experience in driving product performance and meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies to promote products and enhance brand positioning.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage deadlines and product quality standards.
- Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the textile or apparel industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
