Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Merchandiser. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee merchandising operations, manage inventory levels, analyze sales data to make informed decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet retail objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and suppliers, executing marketing strategies, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role also involves monitoring trends, managing stock replenishments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless retail processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication, including written and verbal proficiency, and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Customer Service and building long-lasting client relationships
- Experience in Sales and Retail environments to meet business and profit objectives
- Understanding and application of Marketing strategies to drive product demand
- Analytical thinking and decision-making skills to evaluate sales trends and inventory needs
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Prior experience in merchandising or related fields is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
