Role Description
As a Senior Merchandiser at My Almari, you will be responsible for planning, selecting, and purchasing fashion items that align with market demand and our brand vision. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing sales trends, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, coordinating promotional displays, and ensuring the presentation of the products meets brand standards. This full-time role is an on-site position located in Mumbai, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and merchandise objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Sales and Retail strategies with a good understanding of consumer behavior and trends.
- Strong Marketing skills to contribute to merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage inventory and sales forecasting.
- Previous experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandise, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Team collaboration skills and ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment.
