Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Merchandiser role based in Moradabad. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee product assortments, manage merchandising plans, and coordinate with design and production teams to ensure collections align with brand vision and market demand. Responsibilities include Production, sampling, analyzing sales trends, planning inventory levels, optimizing product displays, and supporting pricing and promotion strategies. The Senior Merchandiser will maintain strong vendor and artisan relationships and ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, artisans, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Retail skills to understand shopper behavior and improve in-store experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support sales targets, analyze performance, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Experience in merchandising, fashion, handicrafts, or lifestyle products is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with basic merchandising, production, inventory tools, and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to work on-site in Moradabad, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
