Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser for a full-time, on-site position in Chennai. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee customer relations, coordinate with production teams to ensure timely order delivery, and develop sales strategies to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing client requirements, liaising with suppliers, monitoring market trends, and ensuring product quality meets client expectations. The role also involves working closely with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and supporting retail operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure an excellent experience.
- Proficiency in Sales, Retail operations, and Marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple projects and timelines effectively.
- Understanding of leather garment manufacturing or a related field is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
