Fashion Knits is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Merchandiser to join our team in Tirupur.
In this role, you will be the vital bridge between our production floor and our buyers, ensuring seamless execution from the initial concept to the final shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Tracking: Oversee the complete lifecycle of all samples and bulk orders, managing every step from yarn procurement to final packing.
Buyer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for our buyers, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication regarding order statuses and approvals.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to ensure production timelines are met without compromising on quality.
Data Management: Accurately update and maintain production data using our ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in garment merchandising.
A strong, foundational understanding of the apparel production process (yarn to pack).
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic proficiency in navigating ERP software.
A highly organized mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and keep production moving.
