Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser located in Noida. The Senior Merchandiser will manage end-to-end merchandising activities, including customer communication, sample development, product costing, and order execution. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for on-time deliveries, and ensuring products meet quality and design expectations. Additionally, the role involves market trend analysis and devising strategies to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Retail, with the ability to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
- Strong Marketing expertise to analyze market trends and align products with customer needs
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant merchandising tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the toy, nursery, or pet-care industry is a plus
