We are seeking experienced Senior MEP Engineers to join our Project Execution and Delivery team. The role involves planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of MEP systems for corporate interior fit-out projects.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

- Plan and execute MEP works for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical documents.
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural, civil, and interior works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor MEP installation activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site coordination challenges.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, checklists, and inspection records.
- Support material planning and coordination with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
- Travel to project sites across India as required.

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant MEP discipline.
- Experience: 2โ7 years of relevant MEP experience.
- Industry Experience: Corporate interior fit-out experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in MEP project execution and site coordination.
- Experience in handling contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and project handover.

- Strong knowledge of at least one primary MEP discipline โ Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / Plumbing / Fire Fighting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Good understanding of MEP installation and execution processes.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
- Understanding of relevant codes, standards, safety, and quality requirements.
- Basic knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and documentation.

- Experience in corporate interior fit-out MEP projects.

- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit MEP.
- Knowledge of BIM and MEP coordination will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Knowledge of relevant MEP codes, standards, safety, and quality requirements.

- Location: Bangalore
- Project/site-based responsibilities as required.
- Willingness to relocate and work across South India is required.
