Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works for high-rise residential projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, contractor coordination, project monitoring, and the ability to ensure timely and quality completion of MEP activities. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works across assigned projects. Ensure all MEP activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, identify site challenges, and implement timely solutions. Review and verify contractor measurements, billing, BOQs, and project documentation. Support testing, commissioning, handover activities, and closure of project observations. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and statutory regulations. Requirements Requirements Education Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience 8–10 years of relevant MEP experience Experience in high-rise residential projects Experience with builder/developer organizations Skills Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems Experience in testing, commissioning, and handover activities Exposure to STP, WTP, utility services, and related infrastructure Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications Contractor and consultant coordination Project planning and execution monitoring Billing and BOQ verification Problem-solving and team coordination Benefits Benefits Opportunity to Work on Premium High-Rise Residential Projects Exposure to End-to-End Project Execution Professional Learning and Development Opportunities Supportive and Collaborative Work Environment
