Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior MEP Engineer located in Goa, India. The Senior MEP Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for various projects. Responsibilities include conducting technical analyses, preparing detailed engineering plans, collaborating with project teams, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects within established timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MEP system design, layout, and integration, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong project planning, management, and execution skills, with experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read, interpret, and create engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
- Knowledge of industry standards, local building codes, and MEP safety regulations
- Skills in using design and simulation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and similar tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in supervising, training, and guiding a team of engineers and technicians
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in large-scale construction, commercial, or industrial projects in India is an advantage
