We Are Hiring: Senior Mentor – GS & Optional
Are you an UPSC CSE Aspirant with UPSC CSE Interview experience?
Prepp IAS is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Senior Mentors who can guide aspirants in both General Studies and Optional.

Your Role as a Senior Mentor:
- GS + Optional Guidance: Provide structured mentorship for General Studies along with Optional.
- Strategize for Success: Create preparation strategies at subject & topic levels for both GS and Optional.
- Answer Writing Focus: Analyze test papers and offer constructive feedback to sharpen students’ writing skills.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor aspirants’ preparation, ensuring consistency & accountability.
- Motivational Support: Keep students encouraged throughout their preparation journey.
Eligibility:
- Must have appeared in at least one UPSC CSE Interview.
- Strong command over General Studies and Optional.
