Role: Mendix Developer / Lead

Job Description
Must Have Skills
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Mendix
- Experience working on at least two end-to-end Mendix projects (development to deployment)
- Strong expertise in data modeling and data structures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts
- Experience in team handling – mentoring, coaching, and evaluating team members
- Define and enforce best practices and development standards in Mendix
- Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Good understanding of technology decision-making (performance, scalability, integrations, client-server communication, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX
- Lead and contribute to solving complex engineering challenges during project execution
- Strong coordination skills with multiple stakeholders
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with Mendix GenAI Resource Pack
- Exposure to Azure/AWS AI solutions
- Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining business applications
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Ability to implement UI designs based on UX/UI guidelines
- Strong communication skills to act as a single point of contact and support team members
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Mendix-based applications
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery
- Mentor and guide junior developers
