Job Description
- Ability to lead business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, estimation, and stakeholder management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with software development teams and business stakeholders to drive project delivery
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience in any programming language (mandatory)
- Strong articulation, presentation, and communication skills
- Exposure to the Generative AI space (atleast 6 months) Must have worked with GenAI projects or must be currently working on GenAI projects/Products
Good To Have
- Certifications related to program management, such as an PMP
