Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Medical Sales Representative. With 4–5 years under your belt, you aren’t just a salesperson; you are a consultant and a brand ambassador. You will be responsible for driving growth in your assigned territory by building deep-rooted relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and ensuring our products are the first choice for patient care. The role involves promoting and selling Aarsha Chemicals' products to healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and other relevant clients. Core responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing detailed product information, identifying sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating closely with the marketing and customer support teams to address client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within your assigned geography.
- HCP Engagement: Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with Doctors, Specialists, and Pharmacists to promote Aarsha Chemicals’ product portfolio.
- Scientific Promotion: Effectively communicate the clinical benefits, pharmacology, and safety profiles of our products using digital and physical detailing tools.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and feedback from the medical community to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Distribution Coordination: Work closely with team to ensure consistent product availability.
- Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of daily calls, secondary sales data, and expenses.
Qualifications
- Experienced: You have 4–5 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative.
- Connected: You possess an established network of doctors and chemists in the Mumbai area.
- Communicator: You have excellent command over English and the local language, with the ability to simplify complex scientific data.
- Driven: You are a self-starter who thrives on meeting targets.
- Qualified: A Bachelor’s degree in any field supported by your experience.
