🚀 We're Hiring: Medical Coders (US Healthcare – ICD-10-CM) | Madurai
Petals Automation is expanding our US Healthcare Medical Coding / RCM team and looking for talented coders to join us — both experienced professionals and freshers ready to build a career in this field.
1️⃣ Senior Medical Coder – ICD-10-CM
📍 Madurai (India shift, with US-hours flexibility)
🎓 Experience: 3–5 years
What you'll do:
- Review US clinical documentation and assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes
- Validate diagnosis coding, sequencing, and specificity
- Support claims, denial analysis, and RCM workflows
- Mentor and quality-check junior coders' work
What we're looking for:
✅ 3–5 years in US Healthcare Medical Coding
✅ Strong ICD-10-CM expertise
✅ Understanding of US medical billing & RCM
✅ CPC/CCS/CCA certification preferred
✅ Good spoken & written English
2️⃣ Junior Medical Coder / Trainee – ICD-10-CM
📍 Madurai (India shift, with US-hours flexibility)
🎓 Experience: Fresher
What you'll do:
- Learn ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding under senior guidance
- Support billing, claims & insurance-related tasks
- Attend structured training on US RCM processes
What we're looking for:
✅ Life Science/Healthcare background or coding training preferred
✅ Strong English comprehension (for US clinical docs)
✅ Attention to detail & willingness to learn
💰 Compensation: ₹12K–₹20K/month (based on qualification)
