We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-focused Senior Media Buyer with hands-on experience in the US Market, especially in Lead Generation, Auto Insurance, and Home Improvement campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta & Google Ads
Manage high-performing lead generation funnels for the US market
Scale campaigns while maintaining target CPL/CPA/ROAS
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
Work closely with creative and marketing teams for ad strategy execution
Manage budgets effectively and deliver maximum ROI
Track pixels, events, retargeting, and conversion performance
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in US Media Buying
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience with Lead Generation campaigns
- Prior exposure to Auto Insurance / Home Improvement niches preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of funnels, scaling, retargeting & conversion optimization
- Ability to handle campaign budgets and performance metrics independently
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Previous experience in a digital marketing/performance marketing agency preferred
