About the Role
Oprata is looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer who has strong hands-on experience in scaling DTC brands, especially in the Jewellery, Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, or premium consumer product segments.
The ideal candidate should be capable of taking a brand from ₹10 lakh monthly revenue to ₹1 crore–₹1.5 crore monthly revenue within 6–10 months through performance marketing, creative testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven scaling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance channels.
Build full-funnel paid media strategies for DTC and e-commerce brands.
Scale brands profitably from early revenue stages to high monthly revenue targets.
Manage and optimize large advertising budgets while maintaining target ROAS and profitability.
Work closely with creative teams to develop winning ad angles, hooks, creatives, and offers.
Analyze campaign performance across ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, AOV, conversion rate, and MER.
Conduct competitor research, audience research, and market trend analysis.
Identify scaling opportunities across campaigns, audiences, creatives, products, and offers.
Improve landing page, product page, and funnel performance in collaboration with the internal team.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.
Stay updated with DTC, jewellery, lifestyle, and paid media trends.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
Proven experience working with DTC, e-commerce, jewellery, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Demonstrated ability to scale brands from ₹10 lakh/month to ₹1 crore+ monthly revenue.
Strong understanding of paid media funnels, tracking, attribution, pixel setup, and analytics.
Experience managing high ad spends and scaling campaigns profitably.
Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.
Strong understanding of creative testing, offer testing, audience testing, and budget scaling.
Good communication, ownership, and reporting skills.
Must be comfortable working on-site in Mumbai.
Preferred Skills
Experience in jewellery, lifestyle, fashion, or premium DTC categories.
Knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, and CRM tools.
Understanding of AOV improvement, upsells, bundles, CRO, and retention metrics.
Ability to guide creative teams on ad concepts, UGC scripts, hooks, and performance creatives.
Experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
