About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to own and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) across multiple Shopify stores. This role is open to remote candidates based anywhere in India, with the option to work hybrid or on-site if you are located in or near Thane, Mumbai.
You will be responsible for the full campaign lifecycle — from strategy and launch to optimization and scaling — while working closely with our creative team to continuously test new angles and formats. This is a high-ownership role where your decisions directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) across multiple Shopify digital product stores
- Manage daily budgets and bid strategies (including cost cap and bid cap structures) to hit ROAS and CPA targets
- Analyze campaign performance daily — CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, and AOV — and make data-backed decisions
- Collaborate with the creative team to write briefs for UGC videos, static image ads, and carousel formats
- Run structured creative testing to identify winning hooks, formats, and audiences
- Scale winning campaigns efficiently while cutting underperformers quickly
- Generate weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Coordinate within the pod-based team structure alongside media buyer leads and creative editors
- Stay up to date with Meta algorithm changes, ad policies, and platform best practices
- Support multi-store campaign management across different niches and target markets
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager)
- Proven track record managing monthly ad budgets of $100k or more with measurable ROAS outcomes
- Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy — from ad hook to landing page to checkout
- Solid command of key performance metrics: ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, and AOV
- Experience working with digital products, e-commerce, or information product brands preferred
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks, audience segmentation, and campaign structure best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
- Working knowledge of Shopify analytics is an advantage
- Experience with tracking tools such as Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a bias for execution
Nice to Have
- Experience briefing UGC creators and working with video editors on ad creative
- Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo
- Exposure to managing campaigns across multiple stores or niches simultaneously
- Knowledge of TikTok Ads or Google Ads as supplementary channels
