Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. The role involves designing and developing innovative mechanical systems for carbon capture and utilization (CCU) technologies. Responsibilities include creating detailed design concepts, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, developing prototypes, optimizing machine designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The engineer will address technical challenges, create manufacturing specifications, and ensure compliance with industry standards to support sustainable product development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles
- Expertise in Machine Design and Product Design methodologies
- Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and tools
- Solid understanding of sustainable manufacturing and industrial systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in mechanical design and product development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in working with sustainable or eco-friendly technologies is considered an advantage
