We partner with enterprise clients to design and implement scalable customer engagement strategies using platforms such as Treasure Data, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, and leading CEPs including CleverTap, MoEngage, and Braze.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior MarTech Consultant with strong expertise in Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP) and CDP ecosystems. This is a client-facing, execution-driven role that combines strategy, implementation, and optimization across customer data and engagement layers.
You will work closely with enterprise clients to design, implement, and optimize customer journeys, leveraging data, segmentation, and automation to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP): Manage CDP setup including data ingestion, identity resolution, and integration with activation platforms
- Segmentation & Personalization: Build advanced segments and enable real-time personalization with experimentation
- Analytics & Insights: Analyze user behavior, track KPIs, and drive actionable insights using analytics tools
- Client Engagement & Strategy: Lead client discussions and translate business goals into MarTech strategies and execution
- Data Quality & Troubleshooting: Ensure data accuracy and resolve tracking, segmentation, and platform issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MarTech, customer analytics, or related consulting role
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP) (CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, etc.)
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer data models
- Solid understanding of event tracking, user journeys, cohorts, and segmentation logic
- Proven experience in designing and executing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from customer data
- Experience in client-facing roles (MarTech consulting, strategy, or pre-sales exposure preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, Azure) and data integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Working knowledge of SQL or data querying
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and lifecycle analytics
- Exposure to CRM, loyalty systems, or marketing automation tools
- Experience in consulting or high-growth startup environments
