We are Beyond Ads. A performance marketing agency in Hyderabad managing 150+ crores in annual ad spend across Meta, Google, and Amazon for fast-growing D2C brands. We work in pods, go deep on fewer brands, and only chase outcomes that show up on the P&L.
We are hiring a Senior Media Buyer to own Amazon Ads strategy and scale across a portfolio of D2C brands on Amazon.in and Amazon.com.
What you will do
You will be the performance lead that clients trust and the strategic voice in the room.
- Own end-to-end Amazon Ads strategy for 5 to 8 brand accounts
- Build scaling playbooks across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP
- Drive paid-organic flywheel decisions with cataloguing and creative teams
- Lead weekly client reviews with sharp insights and forward-looking action plans
- Mentor junior buyers on campaign structure, optimisation, and reporting quality
- Own brand launch strategy from listing readiness to 90-day ramp
- Push back on client strategy when data warrants it. Defend the position.
What we are looking for
You have scaled brands before. You can prove it with numbers, not stories.
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience with verifiable scaling outcomes
- Deep fluency with Sponsored Ads, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and Helium 10
- Experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹5 lakhs or higher
- Strong grasp of the paid-organic flywheel and BSR mechanics
- Excel and Sheets mastery. Pivots, complex lookups, bulk operations
- Clear communicator who can run client calls and defend strategy under pressure
- Bonus: Amazon DSP, AMC, Amazon.com experience, or having mentored junior buyers

Growth path
Senior Media Buyers can move into Amazon Ads Lead or Performance Lead roles within 18 to 24 months, with ownership of category strategy and team building.
Compensation
₹6 LPA to ₹10 LPA based on experience and demonstrated outcomes. Performance-linked incentives tied to brand growth, client retention, and team contribution.
Work mode
Full-time, in-office, Hyderabad. This is a strategy and ownership role that requires close collaboration with clients, junior team members, and cross-functional teams.
