Ai-CHA is a global tea and ice cream brand with 2,000+ stores worldwide. As we continue expanding across India, we're looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand and support exciting marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Manage social media platforms and content planning.
- Support new store openings, promotions, and franchise marketing.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and HQ Marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Organize events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Around 3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Experience in F&B, retail, franchise, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English and regional language skills are required. Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willing to travel when required.
