We are looking for an intelligent, highly driven, and execution-focused Meta Performance Marketing professional who understands conversion-focused marketing and can scale campaigns efficiently.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for running and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with a strong focus on conversions, lead generation, and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands consumer psychology, performance creatives, audience targeting, funnels, and data-driven optimization.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns focused on conversions
- Scale campaigns while maintaining strong CPL and ROAS metrics
- Build and manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies
- Continuously test creatives, hooks, ad copies, landing pages, and funnels
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to improve conversion rates
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
- Identify winning creatives and scale them aggressively
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, trends, and best practices

- Strong understanding of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Pixel & Conversion API
- Retargeting & Funnel Optimization
- Creative Testing
- ROAS/CPL Optimization
- Experience in lead generation or high-scale performance marketing is a plus
- Startup or fast-growth company experience preferred
