Job Summary
The Marketing Head will own and drive the overall marketing vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for a high-growth B2B travel services organization. This role is responsible for building a scalable, data-driven marketing engine from the ground up, with a strong focus on digital-first, e-commerce-led growth. The position demands strategic leadership, deep expertise in digital marketing, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment while supporting domestic and international business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term marketing vision, brand strategy, and growth roadmap across B2B vertical
- Build, scale, and institutionalize the marketing function from scratch, including org structure, processes, tools, and governance
- Lead digital-first growth strategies across performance marketing, SEO/SEM, marketplaces, CRM, content, automation, and analytics
- Drive B2B and e-commerce growth through customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and lifecycle management
- Develop integrated go-to-market strategies for destination-focused offerings across international markets
- Create scalable marketing frameworks to support DMC services and strengthen engagement with travel agents, tour operators, and global partners
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership to strengthen market credibility and recall
- Act as a strategic partner to sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue and expansion goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, ROI measurement, dashboards, and performance optimization across all marketing spends
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional marketing teams across digital, growth, content, and brand
- Support international expansion, new market entry, and partnership-driven growth initiatives
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, platforms, and technologies to maintain a competitive and innovation-led edge
Candidate Must Have
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce Marketing, with leadership exposure
- Proven experience as a Marketing Head / Senior Marketing Leader in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong expertise across B2B, D2C, performance marketing, and e-commerce-led growth models
- Demonstrated experience in building marketing teams and systems from ground zero
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability and strong data orientation
- Experience in brand building, customer lifecycle management, growth marketing, and conversion optimization
- Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability
- Exposure to travel, hospitality, DMC, or international service-driven businesses will be a strong advantage
