Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Marketing Manager (Real Estate). The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and drive sales. Daily tasks include managing marketing campaigns, overseeing branding efforts, creating and analyzing marketing reports, and coordinating with sales, design, and communication teams. The candidate will also manage budgets, collaborate with advertising agencies, and identify market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media marketing, and traditional marketing channels
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and reporting
- Experience in brand management, client relationship management, and public relations
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a marketing team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
