Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager with deep expertise in performance marketing across e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing end-to-end campaigns for D2C and consumer brands, driving measurable growth through data-led advertising strategies on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.
Key Requirements
Performance Marketing Experience
• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within e-commerce marketplace environments.
• Proven track record working with D2C or consumer brands with a large and established online presence on retail marketplaces.
• Demonstrated ability to build D2C brands online on marketplace platforms will be a distinct advantage.
Campaign & Channel Management
• Proven experience managing PPC and PLA ads across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other major e-commerce marketplace platforms.
• Hands-on experience in online campaign and online store management.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing on e-commerce platforms, including growth levers through advertising and ad optimization.
• Digital marketing and creative design experience for running effective marketplace campaigns.
Agency & Partner Management
• Experience in program managing and partnering with digital and performance marketing agencies to deliver best-in-class performance.
• Ability to drive and hold agencies accountable to key metrics including ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and other performance KPIs.
Data Orientation & Tools
• Strong data orientation with the ability to build, own, and regularly review performance dashboards.
• Deep understanding of ad optimization tools such as Adbrew, Performix, Helium 10, and similar platforms.
