Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead Descrial’s content strategy, brand development, and demand generation efforts across UK and US. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build market presence, support go-to-market initiatives, and drive platform adoption in the ecosytem.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Own content strategy and creation: blogs, LinkedIn, thought leadership, case studies, client communication
▪ Develop and maintain brand voice, positioning, messaging, and visibility (PR, events, partnerships)
▪ Lead demand-generation and multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and pipeline
▪ Support product marketing: GTM messaging and feature positioning
▪ Drive customer lifecycle marketing for adoption, retention, and upsell
▪ Manage digital channels: website, SEO, social, email, and paid campaigns
▪ Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
▪ Manage agencies/freelancers; build a marketing team over time
▪ Collaborate with leadership, product, and commercial teams to align with revenue goals
Prerequisites
▪ Strong content strategy, brand building, campaign management, and demand generation
▪ Experience with fintech, financial services, investment management, or B2B SaaS
▪ Proficiency in SEO, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication for UK/US audiences
▪ Ability to operate independently and execute end-to-end
▪ Demonstrated proficiency in using AI to accelerate marketing workflows, with the ability to design AI-assisted content production processes and human + AI review loops ensuring accuracy and tone consistency
Experience
▪ 10–12 years in B2B marketing with 4+ years in content and brand
▪ Experience in startups or SaaS preferred
Education
▪ Bachelor’s degree /Master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing or Brand Management
▪ Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or SEO/Analytics would be a plus.
