Senior Marketing Manager – Digital Products & Software Engineering Services

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Professional to lead the go-to-market strategy and growth of our dual portfolio — digital products (SaaS, platforms, web/mobile applications) and software engineering services (custom software development, application modernization, cloud, data, AI/ML, and product engineering services). This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring the ability to market both product-led offerings and consultative B2B services to enterprise and mid-market buyers. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of driving demand, brand authority, and revenue growth across both motions.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for both digital products and software engineering services, with distinct positioning and messaging for each.
- Go-to-Market & Demand Generation: Lead GTM for product launches and service offerings; drive demand generation programs that deliver qualified leads and pipeline.
- Services Marketing & ABM: Build credibility for engineering services through case studies, thought leadership, analyst relations, and ABM programs targeting enterprise CXOs and technology buyers.
- Product Marketing & Growth: Drive user acquisition and adoption for digital products via performance marketing, funnel optimization, and growth experimentation across paid and organic channels.
- Content, Brand & Thought Leadership: Oversee content, PR, and analyst engagement to strengthen brand positioning across both the product portfolio and services capability.
- Digital Presence, Events & Partnerships: Own website, SEO, social, and review platforms; drive participation in industry events and partner ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Analytics & Insights: Establish KPIs and attribution frameworks across product (activation, retention, ARR) and services (MQL, SQL, pipeline, win-rate) motions; use data to inform decisions.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Pre-sales, and Delivery.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years of combined experience marketing digital products AND software engineering / IT services
- Proven track record of marketing digital products (SaaS, platforms, mobile/web apps) — candidates should be prepared to share examples with measurable outcomes (user growth, revenue impact, campaign ROI)
- Demonstrated experience marketing software engineering services or IT consulting services (custom development, application modernization, cloud, data, AI/ML, product engineering, or similar) to enterprise / mid-market buyers
- Strong understanding of B2B services marketing — ABM, demand generation, analyst relations, RFP support, and sales enablement
- Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising, and growth experimentation for product-led motions
- Proficiency with marketing tech stack: Google Analytics / GA4, HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce or similar CRM, ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), and attribution tools
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, LinkedIn, and social media as growth and demand levers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights across product and services funnels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI / pipeline contribution to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
