Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to expand market presence, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include supervising marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, creating and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team to meet organizational targets. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Data Analysis
- Strong skills in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Execution
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in client management and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven expertise in managing budgets and optimizing marketing ROI
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Previous experience in B2B marketing, particularly in industries such as engineering, energy, or manufacturing, is an advantage
- Ability to adapt to dynamic markets and work in a fast-paced environment
