Role Overview
KPI Partners is looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across demand generation, content marketing, and marketing operations. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and deep domain understanding of Data Engineering, AI, and Cloud ecosystems.
You will work closely with sales, alliances, engineering, and leadership teams to build compelling narratives, drive pipeline growth, and strengthen KPI Partners’ positioning across key partner ecosystems including Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and GCP.

Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Own and execute multi-channel demand generation programs across:
- Website and SEO
- Paid media (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic)
- Email marketing and marketing automation
- Build and optimize funnel metrics: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for key enterprise accounts
- Partner with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue goals
2. Content & Messaging Strategy
- Lead content strategy focused on:
- Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/GenAI
- Cloud data platforms and modernization (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Develop:
- Thought leadership (whitepapers, POVs, blogs)
- Sales enablement assets (pitch decks, battle cards, case studies)
- Partner-specific messaging aligned to Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused storytelling
3. Marketing Operations & Corporate Marketing
- Drive marketing operations including:
- Campaign planning and tracking
- Budget management and ROI analysis
- Martech stack optimization
- Oversee corporate marketing initiatives:
- Employer branding and talent marketing
- Brand positioning and consistency
- HR marketing campaigns (hiring, culture, EVP)
- Establish scalable processes across marketing functions
4. Offering Positioning & Value Proposition
- Work with leadership and solution teams to:
- Define GTM strategy for offerings (Data, AI, Cloud Migration)
- Build differentiated value propositions
- Align messaging with market trends and partner priorities
- Support launch of new solutions, accelerators, and industry offerings
5. Events & Field Marketing
- Plan and execute:
- Industry events, partner events, and field marketing programs
- Webinars, roundtables, and virtual events
- Maximize ROI from events through pre-event outreach and post-event follow-ups
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams for joint GTM activities
6. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor cross-functional marketing teams (content, digital, design, ops)
- Collaborate with:
- Sales and business development
- Engineering and solution architects
- Partner alliance teams
- Drive alignment between marketing strategy and business objectives
Required Skills & Experience
Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of:
- Data Engineering concepts (ETL, pipelines, data lakes/warehouses)
- AI/ML and modern AI tech stacks (GenAI, LLM ecosystem)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric)
- Legacy to cloud/data migration strategies
Marketing Expertise
Proven experience in:
- B2B demand generation and pipeline creation
- Content marketing in technology/services environment
- ABM and partner-led marketing
- Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills for IT services and products
AI-Driven Marketing & Prompt Engineering (Must-Have)
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for marketing use cases
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering to generate high-quality outputs across:
- Content creation (blogs, POVs, case studies, ad copies)
- Design inputs (creative briefs, campaign concepts)
- Campaign planning (GTM plans, messaging frameworks, personas)
- Workflow automation (campaign execution, reporting, internal ops)
- Ability to integrate AI into day-to-day marketing workflows to improve productivity, speed, and output quality
- Experience evaluating and experimenting with emerging AI tools for marketing innovation
- Strong judgment to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and governance in AI-generated outputs
Execution & Leadership
- Hands-on experience in campaign execution (not just strategy)
- Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution rigor
- Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Background
- Experience in IT services / consulting organizations
- Prior exposure to partner marketing with hyperscalers or data platforms
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
