About Kansa Organics
Kansa Organics is an Ayurveda-rooted wellness brand on a mission to bring the intelligence of ancient Indian healing to a global audience. We are a small, founder-led team that moves fast, thinks deeply, and holds our craft to a high standard. The person joining us in this role will own our growth engine from day one.
What you'll do:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Own SEO strategy: on-page, technical, and content to drive organic search growth
- Build and manage GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategies for AI search visibility
- Develop full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion across all channels
- Brief the creative team on ad formats, copy angles, and performance-led content
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and LTV and make data-backed decisions fast
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Manage and optimise ad spend to hit monthly CAC and revenue targetsStay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging ad formats
Channels you'll own:
- Meta - Facebook & Instagram ads, retargeting, Advantage+
- Google - Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube
- TikTok- TikTok Ads, Spark Ads, creator-led campaigns
- Pinterest- Shopping pins, idea ads, audience targeting
- Klaviyo - Email Marketing for Flows, Monthly emails (Educational and promotional)
- SEO- On-page, technical, content, link building
- GEO- AI search optimisation, SGE, ChatGPT visibility
Who we're looking for
- 3–5 years in performance marketing, preferably D2C or e-commerce
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across at least 3 of the listed channels
- Solid SEO foundation not just keywords, but strategy and technical understanding
- Comfortable with GEO and AI-driven search optimisation
- Strong analytical instincts you live in dashboards and act on data
- Experience with wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a lean, founder-led team
Tools & platforms (Required):
- Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite
- Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Pinterest Ads
- SEO tools — Ahrefs, SEMrush, or MozKlaviyo or similar for email/retention loops
- Shopify analytics & pixel setupBasic understanding of UTMs, attribution models
- Klaviyo - Email Marketing
