Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Marketing Manager based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand growth and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, collaborating across teams, analyzing campaign performance, and leading strategic marketing efforts to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to business growth goals
- Lead digital campaigns across paid media, search, social, CRM, partnerships, and owned channels
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and lifecycle engagement programs
- Build segmentation and personalized campaigns using customer data and insights
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy for Indian audiences
- Track campaign performance, ROI, funnel conversion, and optimization opportunities
- Partner with analytics, product, UX, and business teams on go-to-market initiatives
- Manage agency partners, vendors, and external marketing ecosystems
Qualifications
Required
- 9+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Strong experience managing integrated digital campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Experience in customer acquisition, CRM, retention, and performance marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data for optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Outstanding Project Management and Team Leadership skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns in a dynamic industry, with automobile industry experience being an advantage
- Familiarity with CDPs, CRM platforms, Salesforce, Adobe, or marketing automation tools
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, attribution tools, and dashboards
- Experience with state of the art AI tools in marketing.
- Experience in high-growth or transformation environments
- Understanding of Indian regional consumer segments and media behavior
- Passion for innovation and customer-centric marketing approaches
