Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our PMM team and own the end-to-end PLG ecosystem. If you’re an expert at translating deep technical capabilities into persuasive narratives and using data to crush friction points, join us and help us shape the future of Unified Endpoint Management.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end launch lifecycle. Define the positioning and messaging that showcases Hexnode’s innovative edge, ensuring our platform stands out as the modern standard against legacy competitors.
- Lead the strategy for self-serve onboarding and user retention. Use product analytics to identify "Aha!" moments and friction points, designing in-app experiences that drive feature adoption and reduce Time-to-Value (TTV).
- Oversee the product analytics ecosystem. Define event-driven tracking schemas and build high-level visualization dashboards to monitor churn risk, usage trends, and customer health scores.
- Act as the "Editor-in-Chief" for the PMM team. Ensure all content—from whitepapers to in-app tooltips—is persona-specific, persuasive, and technically accurate.
- Directly manage a team of Product Marketing Leads and PLG specialists. You will be responsible for their professional development, quality of output, and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to route NPS data and customer feedback into the roadmap, ensuring Hexnode remains a customer-centric platform.
Required Experience & Expertise
- 8–12 years in Product Marketing, with a significant portion dedicated to B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience in a team lead or people management capacity.
- Deep expertise in Product-Led Growth, including hands-on experience with product analytics and in-app communication strategies.
- Highly proficient in data interpretation. You should be comfortable building dashboards and turning usage data into actionable GTM pivots.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex cybersecurity and UEM concepts into value-based narratives for IT admins and C-level stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have
- Domain experience in UEM, Cybersecurity, or Endpoint Management.
- Advanced proficiency with Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Gainsight.
- Experience with the "2-Tier" distribution model (VARs, MSPs, and Distributors).
