Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Borivali for a Senior Marketing Manager. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the design and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging. The role also entails managing budgets, building relationships with stakeholders, and optimizing marketing performance to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Campaign Strategy
- Conceptualize and execute monthly marketing campaigns, seasonal festivals, and thematic promotions across outlets.
- Develop brand-led initiatives to enhance visibility, engagement, and customer recall.
2. Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising
- Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns including audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
3. Content & Social Media Growth
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars across social media platforms.
- Produce engaging content including reels, campaign creatives, storytelling formats, and influencer collaborations to build brand visibility.
4. Outlet Marketing & Local Activation
- Design and implement hyper-local marketing initiatives such as events, mall activations, campus promotions, and local collaborations.
- Work closely with outlet teams to increase store-level footfall and customer engagement.
5. Creative Direction & Brand Assets
- Lead the design and development of marketing collateral including menus, signage, packaging, promotional materials, and in-store branding elements.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
6. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Collaborate with food bloggers, influencers, and community partners to amplify marketing campaigns.
- Identify and develop partnerships that strengthen the brand’s presence in key markets.
7. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and outlet-level marketing impact through dashboards and reports.
- Analyze marketing data to align activities with business objectives and growth targets.
8. Events & Premium Catering Marketing (CB Caters)
- Support marketing initiatives for the catering vertical through event storytelling, digital promotions, and content creation.
- Position the catering brand through targeted campaigns and event coverage.
9. Customer Acquisition & CRM Initiatives
- Develop and execute customer engagement campaigns including loyalty programs, WhatsApp marketing flows, and database-driven promotions.
- Focus on improving repeat visits, retention, and long-term customer relationships.
10. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team including designers, social media executives, and external agencies.
- Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate with operations, outlet teams, and vendors to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively implemented.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead cross-functional marketing initiatives.
