Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on-site at our Okhla office. The role involves overseeing marketing strategies, planning and executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and fostering collaboration with internal teams to drive brand visibility and growth. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure alignment on organizational goals while managing the marketing team and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to promote our innovative medical device portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strategic Marketing and Business Development: Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing business channels
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Skilled in SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, analytics, and market research methodologies
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive marketing goals
- Communication and Creativity: Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting compelling marketing content and campaigns
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of the medical devices or healthcare sector is highly preferred
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are a plus
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and create actionable recommendations for growth
