Job Title: Senior Manager – Marketing/ Customer Relationship
Location: Vadodara
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop new business channels and expand service offerings in line with industry demands.
- Define and implement strategies for business growth, operational excellence, and client retention.
Client Engagement
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Act as the key point of contact for high-value clients and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure a client-centric approach across all service deliveries.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Insurance & MBA preferred.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years in insurance
- Strong industry network and prior experience in handling senior-level client relationships.
- Hands-on knowledge of general insurance policies and loss adjusting processes.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, survey tools, and report writing.
