Position: Marketing & Market Intelligence Manager

Role Summary
The Marketing & Market Intelligence Manager will lead ARK's marketing and workforce intelligence function, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Sales, Recruiting, and Leadership. This role is responsible for driving marketing execution, workforce intelligence initiatives, campaign planning, performance measurement, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can lead, execute, and challenge existing processes while maintaining accountability across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive ARK's marketing strategy and execution roadmap.
- Develop and manage marketing and campaign calendars.
- Partner with Sales, Recruiting, API, and Leadership teams to align business objectives.
- Lead workforce intelligence initiatives that support business development and recruiting efforts.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to evaluate performance.
- Ensure accountability and execution across marketing initiatives.
- Recommend innovative approaches to increase market visibility and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Market Intelligence or related fields.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with CRM, ATS, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
