Senior Marketing Manager — Work from Home, Part-Time (with path to Full-Time for the right candidate)

The Role Lead strategic marketing plans and digital campaigns for our portfolio of Australian clients. You'll manage campaigns end-to-end, mentor a remote team, optimise ROI, and work closely with our creative and technical teams. Start part-time, grow into a full-time senior seat as you prove impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to client goals
- Plan and optimise campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media
- Lead and mentor a remote team of specialists
- Analyse performance and maximise ROI
- Manage senior client relationships and strategy sessions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in digital marketing, with 2+ years in a senior or team-leading role (agency experience preferred)
- Strong skills across SEO, paid ads, social media, and ROI analysis
- Extensive experience using automation and AI tools to scale output and efficiency
- Highly skilled in strategic planning and market research
- Hands-on with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite, Semrush/Ahrefs, and CRM tools
- Proven track record leading remote teams and managing client accounts
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or certifications a plus)
Bonus Experience with Australian clients, WordPress/Elementor, or service-based industries (trades, healthcare, NDIS).
