Role Purpose
To strengthen and evolve the marketing support model for StudyIn’s franchise and partner network, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and brand-aligned execution across markets.
This role focuses on improving how franchise and partner marketing operates through structured planning, clear processes, and scalable ways of working, while supporting campaign delivery and contributing to overall B2B growth objectives. The objective is to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and franchise/partner sales priorities, with a focus on supporting commercial outcomes and partner/franchise growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner & Franchise Marketing Planning
- Support the development of marketing plans for the franchise and partner network, and ensure effective execution through a combination of partner management and franchise enablement, aligned to B2B priorities.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, franchise adoption, partner engagement, and market reach
- Move the function from reactive support towards more proactive campaign planning
2. Unified Marketing Execution
- Manage delivery of marketing across both franchise offices and referral partners under a single operating model
- Ensure all campaigns, assets, and communications are delivered with a consistent brand voice and positioning, reducing fragmentation across markets
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute campaigns across franchise offices and partner markets (including university promotions, fairs, and destination campaigns)
- Work with central teams (brand, digital, content, performance) to deliver integrated campaigns
- Ensure campaigns are executed consistently across markets while allowing for necessary local adaptations
- Ensure campaigns are aligned to defined objectives (engagement, conversions, and campaign outcomes)
4. Stakeholder Management & Alignment
- Act as the central marketing lead for day-to-day franchise and partner marketing delivery
- Work closely with:
- Franchise & Partner Sales teams
- Central Marketing teams
- Regional/Country teams
- Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution plans
- Establish clear ways of working, including SLAs and planning cycles, to improve efficiency and clarity.
- Support prioritisation of requests and initiatives based on business impact
5. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Track performance of marketing initiatives across franchise offices and partner markets using key metrics
- Identify areas for improvement in campaign effectiveness, engagement, and lead quality
- Share actionable recommendations to improve outcomes across markets
- Work with relevant teams to implement improvements and enhance campaign performance over time
6. Process & Operating Model Development
- Define and implement structured marketing processes for franchise offices and partner teams
- Establish clear workflows for:
- Campaign planning and rollout
- Marketing request management
- Asset development and approvals
- Communication and coordination across franchise and partner teams
- Introduce standardised ways of working to improve speed, consistency, and visibility
- Continuously identify gaps and improve processes to reduce ad hoc and fragmented execution
7. Toolkit & Capability Building
- Build and maintain centralised marketing toolkits, templates, and campaign frameworks
- Enable franchise and partner teams to execute effectively with reduced dependency on central teams
- Drive adoption of structured marketing practices across markets
- Translate processes into easy-to-use toolkits and frameworks for franchise and partner teams
8. Brand Governance & Quality Control
- Ensure all franchise and partner marketing aligns with StudyIn brand guidelines
- Conduct periodic audits to identify inconsistencies or risks
- Drive improvements in execution quality and brand compliance
9. Events & Partner Enablement
- Support marketing enablement for events conducted by franchise offices and partner teams (including fairs, workshops, and university-led initiatives)
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and overall experience across all franchise- and partner-led events
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing support for event-related initiatives
10. Franchise Growth Support
- Support onboarding of new franchisees from a marketing standpoint
- Contribute to strengthening the franchise marketing model
- Support initiatives to improve partner and franchise engagement and long-term value
11. Team Management
- Manage and support the Marketing Coordinator (Franchise & Partner Marketing)
- Ensure clear allocation of responsibilities and high-quality delivery across tasks
- Provide guidance and feedback to improve execution standards and consistency
- Foster a structured and responsive approach to partner and franchise marketing support
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong understanding of partner and franchise marketing models
- Experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous and fast-moving environments
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Commercial mindset with focus on improving campaign effectiveness and lead outcomes
- Strong attention to brand, messaging, and communication quality
- Highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused
Experience
- 5–8 years of marketing experience
- Experience in:
- Partner or franchise marketing environments, or
- Multi-market B2B environments
- Experience in franchise or partner-led business models preferred; exposure to the education or study abroad sector is an advantage
Tools & Systems
- Strong understanding of brand systems, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CMS platforms, and creative workflows
- Ability to work with and refine marketing content, including campaign messaging, collateral, email communications, and creative/email templates
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign tracking
- Familiarity with project/workflow management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for campaign tracking and coordination
- Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and SEO principles (beneficial but not core to the role)
