About the Role
We’re looking for a B2B Event & Partnership Marketing Manager to drive CXO Junction’s brand growth and revenue through media collaborations, sponsorship marketing, and experiential event campaigns.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone who understands how events, content, and partnerships work together to build thought leadership and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integrated event marketing campaigns for leadership summits, awards, and invite-only CXO forums.
Build sponsorship and partnership marketing plans that drive visibility and business results.
Manage brand positioning and communication across digital, PR, podcasts, and community platforms.
Collaborate with sales and leadership to deliver ROI-driven campaigns that convert partnerships into revenue.
Oversee agency and vendor relationships for creative, media, and event production.
Develop audience acquisition and engagement strategies targeting enterprise technology and cybersecurity leaders.
Manage marketing performance dashboards and optimize for growth metrics.
Who You Are
4–8 years’ experience in B2B event marketing, media partnerships, or brand marketing roles.
Previous experience at a media agency, B2B events company, or brand communications firm with exposure to CXO-level audiences.
Strong understanding of content-led growth, community marketing, and brand activations.
Proven track record of managing campaigns that drive both brand visibility and revenue impact.
Excellent project management, stakeholder, and communication skills.
Preferred Background
Experience across events, sponsorships, PR, and digital media.
Exposure to Enterprise Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity ecosystems.
Hands-on with LinkedIn marketing, partner outreach, and content promotion
