About the Role
We are looking for a professional with 5+ years of experience who can translate complex philosophical insights into high-impact digital narratives. You will lead the strategy and execution of campaigns that take the teachings of Acharya Prashant to a global audience, ensuring that the essence of the message remains intact while achieving maximum reach.
Who We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or brand strategy.
• A deep, lived understanding of Acharya Prashant's teachings, wisdom literature, and a keen eye for prevailing social and psychological issues.
• Exceptional command over both Hindi and English (written and verbal).
• The rare ability to take "heavy" or "complex" ideas and present them simply, elegantly, and relatably without losing their depth.
• Experience in using data and feedback to refine content strategies across social media, email, and digital platforms.
• A thoughtful, responsible, and proactive approach to work, with the ability to collaborate with and guide creative teams (design, video, outreach).
What You’ll Do
• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for book launches, digital courses, and educational initiatives.
• Take Acharya Prashant's teachings to more people through compelling content for social media, emails, campaigns, and digital platforms
• Maintain a value-driven, honest, and authoritative tone that honors the depth of the source material while ensuring it is accessible to diverse demographics.
• Work closely with design and video production teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with the core message.
• Identify new digital avenues and platforms to scale the reach of the Books Department’s offerings.
